Version: v1.3 Streamlined
Operator: Bobby Built Ventures LLC d/b/a QuillCaddie
Applies to: Enterprise Preview and Enterprise customers, workspace administrators, and security/procurement reviewers where enterprise controls are enabled or discussed.
Quick summary
Enterprise Preview means QuillCaddie is building or testing enterprise controls. It does not mean every listed control is generally available, certified, or included in every plan. This page helps buyers understand the direction without overpromising.
1. Enterprise Preview status
Enterprise Preview features may be incomplete, limited availability, behind feature flags, plan-limited, customer-specific, or subject to a signed agreement. QuillCaddie does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI, or other certification unless expressly stated in writing.
2. Admin controls
Enterprise Preview may include controls for:
- workspace policies;
- role-based access;
- provider allowlists/blocklists;
- BYOK/customer-managed providers;
- connector governance;
- MCP/API tool governance;
- retention settings;
- data export/deletion workflows;
- legal hold/export scaffold;
- audit logs;
- support-access controls; and
- meeting/interview capture safeguards.
3. Authentication and SSO
Enterprise Preview may include SAML/OIDC SSO-ready paths, domain verification, session controls, MFA requirements, and identity-provider configuration. Actual SSO support depends on plan, implementation status, and signed terms.
4. SCIM and directory sync
SCIM or directory sync may be planned or available for specific customers. Until confirmed in an order form, customers should not rely on automated provisioning/deprovisioning as generally available.
5. Audit logs
Audit logs may capture non-sensitive metadata about admin actions, connector actions, MCP/API calls, sharing, exports, deletion requests, retention changes, provider settings, and security events. Audit logs should avoid raw content bodies and may be retained for longer periods.
6. Connector governance
Enterprise admins may be able to restrict which connectors are available, require admin approval, disconnect integrations, review connector events, and control whether external tools may receive selected content.
7. MCP governance
Enterprise admins may be able to restrict MCP/API tools, keep tools read-only, disable write tools, set allowlists, monitor tool calls, and apply rate limits.
8. Data export and deletion
Enterprise customers may request workspace export or deletion workflows according to the order form, DPA, and retention settings. Export and deletion may be delayed for security checks, legal holds, billing reconciliation, or technical constraints.
9. Meeting/interview safeguards
Meeting-style capture and diarization are capture modes, not the product category. Enterprise customers using these features are responsible for workplace notices, consent, and compliance with employment, privacy, and recording laws.
10. Customer responsibilities
Enterprise customers are responsible for identity configuration, admin access, workspace policies, connector approvals, recording notices, endpoint/device security, downstream exports, and internal compliance.
11. Changes
Enterprise Preview controls may change as the product matures. A signed agreement or order form controls if it includes specific enterprise commitments.
