Applies to: Users and customers who purchase or administer QuillCaddie paid plans, trials, subscriptions, app-store purchases, usage, or business agreements.
Quick summary
Subscriptions renew until canceled unless checkout or an order form says otherwise. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your account or data. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in writing.
1. Plans
QuillCaddie may offer Free, Pro, Team, Business, Enterprise Preview, Enterprise, usage-based, app-store, trial, promotional, or custom plans. Features, limits, and prices may vary by plan.
2. Trials
Trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial terms shown at checkout or in-product control.
3. Billing providers
Billing may be processed by Stripe, app stores, or other payment providers. Payment providers may collect payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. QuillCaddie does not store full card numbers.
4. Renewal
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize QuillCaddie and its payment processors to charge recurring fees and applicable taxes.
5. Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes, duties, VAT, GST, or similar charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel through account settings, the billing portal, app-store subscription settings, or by contacting support where self-service cancellation is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account or workspace data.
7. Refunds
Unless required by law, stated at checkout, or agreed in a signed order form, fees are non-refundable and credits are not provided for partial billing periods, unused usage, unused seats, plan downgrades, or cancellation before the end of a term.
8. App-store purchases
If you purchase through an app store, the app store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply. QuillCaddie may not be able to issue refunds for app-store purchases directly.
9. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry the charge, notify you, restrict paid features, downgrade your plan, suspend access, or terminate the subscription after a reasonable period.
10. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, usage changes, seat changes, and billing-cycle changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing period, or as stated at checkout.
11. Usage limits and overages
Plans may include limits on captures, audio minutes, transcription, AI processing, storage, exports, integrations, workspaces, team members, templates, MCP/API calls, or other usage. Overage charges may apply if shown in checkout, settings, an order form, or plan terms.
12. Promotions
Promotional pricing, credits, coupons, discounts, or beta access may be limited, non-transferable, revocable, and subject to additional terms.
13. Business agreements
Business and Enterprise fees, renewals, payment terms, non-renewal deadlines, taxes, refunds, and support commitments may be governed by an order form or signed agreement.
