Quick summary
Use QuillCaddie lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to secretly record unlawfully, harm people, violate privacy, infringe rights, attack systems, abuse AI, spam, or send sensitive content to third parties without authorization.
1. General rule
You may not use QuillCaddie in a way that violates laws, infringes rights, harms others, compromises security, abuses the Service, or interferes with other users.
2. Illegal activity
You may not use the Service to plan, facilitate, conceal, or carry out unlawful activity, including fraud, harassment, stalking, doxxing, extortion, unlawful surveillance, sanctions violations, or other illegal conduct.
3. Recording and privacy abuse
You may not use QuillCaddie to secretly record people where unlawful, capture protected communications without required consent, monitor people without a lawful basis, evade workplace rules, invade privacy, or publish private recordings without authorization.
4. Child safety
You may not upload, create, store, share, or process child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, exploitative content, grooming content, or content that endangers children. We may report such content to authorities as required.
5. Violence, self-harm, and abuse
You may not use the Service to threaten violence, coordinate violent harm, facilitate abuse, promote self-harm, or create instructions for wrongdoing.
6. Security abuse
You may not probe, scan, attack, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without authorization, steal credentials, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, workspaces, integrations, systems, or networks.
7. AI misuse
You may not use AI features to deceive, impersonate, generate illegal content, automate spam, manipulate people, create malware, facilitate cyber abuse, violate third-party policies, or make high-stakes decisions without appropriate human review.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
You may not upload, process, share, export, or distribute content if you lack the rights or permissions to do so. Do not upload third-party confidential information, trade secrets, regulated data, or proprietary materials unless authorized.
9. Regulated and sensitive data
Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government classified information, legally privileged information, biometric identifiers, or other highly regulated data unless you have the legal right and QuillCaddie has agreed in writing where required.
10. Connector abuse
You may not connect third-party accounts you do not control, exceed authorized scopes, export content to tools where you lack permission, bypass admin controls, or use connectors/MCP tools to access or disclose data unlawfully.
11. Platform integrity
You may not interfere with rate limits, billing, usage metering, provider routing, security controls, audit logs, feature gates, or entitlement systems.
12. Enforcement
We may remove content, disable features, revoke integration access, suspend or terminate accounts/workspaces, report activity, or take other action if we believe use violates this Policy, our terms, third-party rights, or law.
