1. Copyright responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload, process, share, export, or distribute content through QuillCaddie.

3. DMCA takedown notice
A notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, phone number if available, and email address; and
- a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, to a federal court in Colorado, and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
5. Repeat infringers
QuillCaddie may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Misrepresentations
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
